Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to prescribe the conditions and procedures for using the "Video Scoover" service and related online services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by DOST11 Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the users.

Article 2 (Posting and Modification of Terms)

1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the service screen so that members can easily identify them, along with the Company’s trade name, place of business, representative’s name, business registration number, and contact information (phone, email, etc.).
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws and regulations. When the Terms are amended, the Company shall announce the effective date and the reason for the amendment on the service's initial screen from 14 days prior to the effective date (or 30 days prior for changes that are disadvantageous or significant to the member) until the day before the effective date.
3. If a member does not express their refusal by the effective date, despite the Company notifying them that silence will be deemed as acceptance, the member shall be considered to have agreed to the amended Terms. Members who do not agree to the amended Terms may terminate their service agreement.

Article 3 (Rules Other than the Terms)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other relevant laws and regulations.

Article 4 (Definitions)

• "DOST11 Integrated Account" refers to a single account system that allows integrated use of various online services provided by the Company.
• "Service" refers to all online services provided by the Company, including Video Scoover and any services added in the future.
• "Member" refers to an individual or legal entity that has entered into a service agreement with the Company and has been granted a DOST11 Integrated Account.
• "Individual Service" refers to each service accessible via the DOST11 Integrated Account, including Video Scoover.
• "Credit" refers to digital currency used to access paid features within the service, such as AI analysis, chat, and exporting.
• "Paid Credit" refers to credits purchased by a member for a fee.
• "Bonus Credit" refers to credits provided free of charge by the Company through events or as part of a bundle purchase.
• "Space" refers to a collaborative workspace where an individual or multiple members can share and work together on videos, subtitle data, and editing history.
